I am glad someone has something to say about Torts. He has done an outstanding job with the team over the last 2 years. They were not considered to be on the Map this year.

Red Wings are more talented but the Flyers work harder. Flyers have a much more talented head coach.]]> Thing about Torts is that his teams are always ready to play and they play hard.

They don’t slump and always bounce back even if they get blown out.

Torts doesn’t make excuses for losses and there’s never celebrating moral victories.

He doesn’t play favorites no matter who you are.

You earn your ice time.

Don’t play well, you sit.

He gets every drop of talent out of that Flyers team.

He makes the players believe in themselves.

Mark of a great coach in my opinion.

Newsy and the Red Wings are too busy patting themselves on the back after getting a loser point. 🙄
