In reply to TAV. Yeah I agree with that assessment for sure. "Legit Playoff Team." With that said I've been watching hockey my whole life, even played before an injury took me out of it as a kid. Hell my "Uncle Bruce," (Bruce Gamble) played for The Leafs & The Flyers before retirement with a bad heart that eventually got him in the end. Anyway my point before I rambled on was... "A Legit Playoff Team" yes %. However I've seen alot of seven and eight seeds take it all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals. So really one stay at home bruiser of a defenceman with a good first pass could be all we're missing. LET'S GO RED WINGS

Yes ! It sure looked like a “THAT’s why I’m here!” expression on Kane just after Larkin set up Kane’s game winning goal. What a finish ! Good story. Thanks Kevin.

In particular the last two Wings victories should have convinced many that the Wings are legit cup contenders. BUT is Yzerman convinced ?

If so, does he make moves to strengthen the team for a cup run, or not ?
