Now that we’ve signed him, I cant wait to get behind him, and think it was a genius move by the GM. I now personally think he (SY) was eyeing up Kane at the same time he was signing DeBrincat – that early. I’m really excited to see what these two can do. I was very impressed by Kane during that broadcast. He not only called DeBrincat scoring, but he also called Detroit scoring shortly after being scored on during the pp. It’s obvious he knows this game inside out. When people call him a student of the game, they aint lying.

While I’m here, a word about Dylan. I know exactly what he and his wife are going through. The way out of the pain is to get right back on the horse and try for the next kid asap. The longer they wait, the more difficult it will be. Been there, done that and when it happened to me, the loss of a single child was replaced by a set of twins almost exactly a year after the loss and that made up for everything. The key is to try again as soon as you can. Their first child will break the pain. My heart goes out to the pair of them.
