Hi Greg
Thanks for signing up. You are my second family member. Brandt Clarke is the brother of Devils prospect Graeme Clarke. Also, the Devils might be tempted to take Eklund because he played on a line with their top prospect Alexander Holtz. The Holtz guy has a wicked shot and Eklund is a set-up artist. I like Eklund for the Wings if they don’t take the goalie. But as you know, Yzerman is a challenging read. Plus, there is not much consensus at the top of the first.

Gregory, I assume you mean Luke Hughes. There’s a good chance he’ll still be on the board when the Devils pick at No. 4. If he’s there, I think it will be hard for New Jersey to explain to his brother Jack why they didn’t select Luke. So unless somehow he does go in the top 3, the Devils will find themselves facing a bit of a dilemma. If the Devils are looking for help on D, Brandt Clarke is probably a better option at No. 4 than Luke Hughes. Thanks for reading and being a member. Both Kevin and I appreciate your faith in our work.
